Below is a summary of the major upcoming services and events within the parish of St. Andrew Orthodox Church.  For a more detailed description of all events, please visit our monthly calendar.

 

The following are local festivals occurring at Orthodox Churches this fall:

Saint Mary Antiochian Orthodox Church Mediterranean Festival in Hunt Valley, MD on 13-15 September

Saint Demetrios Greek Festival in Baltimore, MD on 20-22 September

Saint Matthew Orthodox Church Oktoberfest and Multicultural Festival in Columbia, MD on 4-6 October

 

 

St. Andrew Orthodox Church is hosting its 6th Annual Bull and Oyster Roast on Sunday, October 20th from 1P - 5P at UAW Hall / Superior Catering by M&M and Sons located at 1010 Oldham St, Baltimore, MD 21224.  All proceeds from the event benefit St. Andrew Orthodox Church.  The menu includes turkey, pit beef, oysters, meatballs, salads, desserts, beer, soda and coffee.  Door prizes, raffles, gift baskets and a money wheel will be on-site for your enjoyment!  Tickets can be purchased via email request and at the door on the day of the event.  Ticket price is $55.  Doors open at 12:45P.

 

The annual Fall cleanup of the St. Andrew Orthodox Church Cemetery will take place on Saturday, November 2nd. Please contact the cemetery committee if you'd like to help out!

 

There will be a church cleanup event on Saturday, November 9th to clean the church narthex, nave, and altar areas.  Please consider helping out in this endeavor to keep our parish facilities looking beautiful!

 

The Parish Council will host a luncheon following the Divine Liturgy on Sunday, November 10th to celebrate the 84th anniversary of our parish and the Feast Day of our Patron Saint, Saint Andrew the First Called.  Please join us for fellowship!

 

On Sunday, December 8th following Divine Liturgy, St. Nicholas the Wonderworker will visit the children of our Church School.  Please come join us to welcome this wonderful Saint in our Church as he visits the children of our parish!
