Altar Servers - St. Andrew's Altar Servers are an important part of our liturgical services, as they provide assistance to our rector and any concelebratory bishops, priests and deacons that serve with us.  To serve in the altar is a privilege and an honor, and those who serve have an opportunity to strengthen their faith and relationship in and with God, through personal involvement in the liturgical services.  If you or a family member is interested in serving in the altar, please contact Father.
Outreach - St. Andrew is committed to serving its surrounding communities by performing outreach activities to those in most need.  Our outreach includes monthly sandwich workshops; collecting and donating canned goods, household items, school supplies, food baskets, clothing and other special gifts; providing financial support; and offering up the use of our Church Hall.  We provide our outreach to organizations such as the Bea Gaddy Center, the Baltimore Rescue Mission, the North Carrol Social Action Program, local Baltimore City schools, Orthodox Theological Seminaries, the Butcher's Hill Association, and other local, national and international organizations that St. Andrew is able to support.  Please let us know if you would like to get involved in any of our outreach activities.
St. Andrew Sisterhood - The St. Andrew Sisterhood supports the parish through various fundraising projects ranging from dinners and luncheons to the sales of books, religious items, and baked goods.  We also support the decoration and beautification of the Church throughout the various liturgical seasons of the Church calendar, and we promote fellowship by sponsoring and organizing annual events such as the Father's Day Luncheon, Fall Festival Luncheon, and Christmas Cookie Sale.  Please consider joining the Sisterhood if you are interested in getting involved in these wonderful fellowship and charitable activities!  You can contact the Sisterhood here.
Vladicon "O" Club - The Vladicon "O" Club is a local chapter within the Colonial District of the Fellowship of Orthodox Christians in America (FOCA).  The "O" Club supports the parish through fund raising projects ranging from festivals to bake sales; promoting fellowship through the sponsorship of many events such as the annual church picnic; and providing outreach support through donations to church-related needs.  Please consider joining the "O" Club if you are interested in getting involved in these wonderful fellowship and charitable activities!  You can contact the "O" Club here.
Church Choir -

St. Andrew's Church Choir consists of parishioners of all ages.  If you are an Orthodox Christian interested in singing in the choir, please consider joining the choir.

Church School -

St. Andrew's Church School is for children in grades K-12 desiring to learn the teachings of the Orthodox Church and Faith from a very dedicated staff of parish lay teachers.  The Church School is in operation each year from mid-September through early June, and classes meet after Liturgy in the St. Andrew Resource Center next door to the Church.  To enroll your child in St. Andrew's Church School, please contact our Church School Director.

Cemetery Committee -

The role of the St. Andrew Orthodox Church Cemetery Committee is to coordinate and manage cemetery operations and functions under the leadership of the Parish Rector.  The ownership records of plots and burials are kept current by the committee and all financial data pertaining to donations, burial fees, and grounds maintenance expenses are documented for the yearly financial audit by the St. Andrew Church auditors.  As required, assistance is provided to funeral directors to ensure that graves are properly located, consistent with cemetery ownership records.  Furthermore, the committee is responsible for organizing and ensuring that the property is kept clean, mowed, and landscaped to properly respect the last resting place of the deceased and their families.  If you would like to help out with this ministry, please contact the Cemetery Committee.
